Rooted & Real was born from one woman's own realization that life is not about collecting achievements, checking boxes, or building something that only looks successful on the outside while secretly craving a life with more connection and... meaning.

So many of us were taught that living a life of purpose meant working harder, staying busy, and squeezing ourselves into someone else’s definition of success. But deep down? We’ve always known we were here for something REAL. A real calling. A real mission. A real impact.

That knowing doesn’t go away. And it doesn't have to be hard work.

Founded by Vicki Meigs, Rooted & Real is a space for those who feel that pull and are ready to stop over-giving, over-thinking, and overriding themselves long enough to finally trust their knowledge and earned wisdom, and create from the calling that's been alive inside all along.

Through Embodied Energy Mastery, somatic coaching, nervous system integration, spiritual insight, and 30+ years of teaching and human development work, Vicki helps people reconnect with their own energy, trust their inner signals, break their old patterns, and build the capacity to hold the bigness of what they are here to create — in their lives, relationships, businesses, and communities.
